There's something pretty special about photographing a family after they've welcomed a new baby. Everyone is finding their feet, the older kids are settling into their new roles, and there is a beautiful mix of love, excitement and just a little bit of chaos.
This sunset session was all about celebrating their newest little love and capturing life as a family of six.
As we wondered up the hill the light softened around us, with no stiff poses or pressure for everyone to behave perfectly. Instead, there were paper aeroplanes flying through the air, little legs running wild and cuddles you never want to end,
These photographs become more precious with time. The ones that remind you even the days can feel long the years are incredibly fast.
